Dutch trade show BOLD Optical is planning an even bigger show this year – sizing up to BOLD XXL – at De Brabanthallen in Den Bosch on 8 and 9 September.
Serving as a hub for industry professionals, founded in 2016, the show aims to foster a space for “fresh inspiration, ground-breaking innovation and valuable connections”.
An array of 360 brands and 147 exhibitors will welcome visitors this year – including new and up-and-coming names in eyewear – at its new home at the Brabanthallen. A venue known for its size and central location, suited to visitors coming from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, the hall space spans more than 9,000m2, ensuring ample space for stands and eliminating the heat issues reported last year.
The fair will include a ‘spectacular’ dance show on the Bold Stage, presented by Annaliese Dayes, a renowned London radio presenter and fashion blogger – and regular host at 100% Optical in London.
In collaboration with Maarten Weidema from TEF Magazine, Annalise will conduct live interviews with attendees and exhibitors, infusing the event with a distinctive, lively atmosphere.
British eyewear designer, Tom Davies, will be there along with Cutler & Gross, Linda Farrow and other recognisable brands.
The show is free to attend and more information can be found on the BOLD Optical XXL edition website.
