Workshops
ABDO is offering two workshops on the topics of Change Management and Conflict Management. The workshops have been created in response to feedback on ABDO’s popular Management and Leadership training.
The Change Management Workshop includes sessions on:
- What is change in the workplace?
- Supporting individuals and teams through change.
- Implementing and monitoring change in the workplace.
The Conflict Management Workshop includes sessions on:
- Types and causes of conflict.
- Impact of conflict on organisational performance.
- Processes for investigating conflict situations in the workplace.
- Knowledge, skills and behaviours required to manage conflict.
- Stages of dealing with conflict.
9 CPD points are available per workshop.
