About You:
You will be an experienced practice manager and a registered dispensing optician, who is personable, approachable and an excellent communicator. You will be able to lead and drive team performance. You will be clinically and commercially aware, and skilled in driving customer satisfaction with a flair for frame styling, a passion for premium dispensing.

About the Role:
As practice manager, you will be responsible for managing the practice day-to-day and be responsible for developing and mentoring the team. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards, achieving business targets, and creating a supportive team environment.
