Key Responsibilities:
● Provide expert advice on frame and lens selection to meet patients’ individual needs and preferences.
● Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
● Perform accurate and professional fittings, adjustments, and repairs.
● Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of service.
● Contribute to business success by driving sales, achieving targets, and maintaining high standards of retail presentation.
● Support and mentor team members, taking on a leadership role within the practice when needed.
● Adapt to and support the needs of other branches as required.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be:
● A qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC registered).
● A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
● A strong leader, capable of motivating and supporting colleagues.
● Passionate about delivering patient-centered care.
● Commercially aware, with a keen interest in the business side of optical practice.
● Flexible and willing to travel to other branches when necessary.
