As the dispensing optician manager, you’ll be responsible for:
• Delivering outstanding patient care through expert dispensing and styling advice
• Managing and motivating a friendly, experienced team, ensuring they feel valued and supported
• Driving business growth through excellent service and local community engagement
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the practice, from frame selection to KPIs
• Using your clinical expertise to support the optometrists and ensure the best outcomes for patients
• Being a key player in Opticare’s management team, helping shape the future of our practices
