Appointment at Marcolin

Andrea Vincenzo Virgilio

Andrea Vincenzo Virgilio has been appointed as the new group operations director for Marcolin.

Directly reporting to CEO and general manager, Fabrizio Curci, Andrea will be in charge of the group’s manufacturing facilities, research and development, product compliance and supply chain departments.

After graduating in Electronic Engineering from the University of Studies of Palermo, Italy, Andrea gained extensive experience in the operations segment, working in production, industrialisation, quality and lean manufacturing for a number of companies including Benetton, Lavazza Group, Luxottica and FCA.

His new role began on 15 July.
