Bausch + Lomb is inviting practitioners to join its Beyond the Lens symposium at 6pm (GMT) on Tuesday 4 October to explore the science and technology behind its latest contact lens: Ultra One Day.
Promising an engaging discussion of materials, design and the ocular surface, attendees will hear from a number of experts in the field as well as David Osgathorp, performance director and elite performance coach at ProSport Lab and Formula 1.
The other speakers are: Richard Smith, Bausch + Lomb, head of professional services EMEA, India, Canada, Vision Care; Dr Stefano Barabino, head of the Ocular Surface and Dry Eye Center, L. Sacco Hospital, University of Milan, Italy; Dr Langis Michaud, professor in primary care, cornea and contact lenses at the University of Montreal, Canada; Dr Ayda Shahidi, manager of medical affairs, Vision Care Global Group at Bausch + Lomb; Kristen Hovinga, director of lens design R&D at Bausch + Lomb; and Dr Dan Hook, director of analytical chemistry at Bausch + Lomb.
