Would you like to spend a week in Thailand, taking part in education and informative debate about the world of optics?
Now is your chance to join members of the International Opticians Association (IOA) for its 33rd biannual summit to be held in Bangkok from 7-13 June 2020.
Delegates will be able to combine visits to key optical facilities in Thailand with enjoyable days out, fantastic meals in the company of like-minded people, and the chance to go to Silmo Bangkok.

The summit includes a varied programme with visits which will offer those who attend insight into different facets of the wider world of optics in Thailand & beyond. There will be a full day at Silmo Bangkok, including VIP access to the opening ceremony, a networking lunch and a cocktail reception as well as an educational afternoon at the Silmo Academy.
There is an active social and activity programme planned for the IOA 2020 summit in Thailand including:
· Royal Wat visit and cruise
· Lunch at the Supatra River House
· Free time to relax/shop/spa/see the sights
· Cooking a communal Thai dinner to be enjoyed together
· A private dinner on the river sponsored by Silmo
· A celebratory farewell dinner and presidential handover at the stunning Vertigo restaurant with panoramic views across Bangkok
