G&Ts and team talk are on the menu for SightCare’s first-ever online conference to be held on Sunday 28 February and Monday 1 March 2021.
The two-day event, themed ‘Adapting to change: celebrating the independent spirit’, is aimed at supporting independent practice owners and their teams during this challenging period. It is free to attend and open to everyone involved in the independent sector.
Delegates will hear peers talk about their knowledge and experiences of running an independent practice, covering key business areas that address some of the crucial decisions facing independent practices following the pandemic.
Guest speakers include Steve Head, business coach, author and trainer, and marketing specialist, Philip Calvert, who will review the lessons learned from 2020 and the future of marketing for practitioners. There will also be the chance to engage with suppliers, and take part in a virtual social event on the Monday evening that will include an optional gin tasting experience.
“March will be a critical period for planning for optical practice owners and their teams, and this online event will provide practical support, new ideas and inspiration for everyone working within an independent practice,” said John French, SightCare chief executive.
