‘Welcome back’ animation for independents

Specialist Providers of Eye Care Solutions (SPECS) network, a cooperative of independent opticians who promote their businesses to the public collectively, has launched an animated video to welcome clients back to the practice.

The animation has been created by a collaboration between Seiko Optical UK and Think Training, two businesses that are reliant upon the success of the independent sector.

Simon Burgess of Think Training said: “Independent practices are renowned for their high levels of customer care delivered in an unrushed, professional manner – making them ideally placed to apply the new guidelines, but it is important that this is communicated well to their patients. The animated video is designed to reassure patients that they will receive the great service that they expect in a safe environment so they can feel confident to revisit the practice”.
