The courses will be run by the Association of British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO).

The course is suitable for people who are new to a management/leadership role as well as those who have been in such a role for a period of time.

The course ensures that learners have the knowledge and resources to perform their roles to the best of their abilities by formalising any previous informal learning as well as offering new facets of management and leadership.
